Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by HRD Engineering Pty Ltd ( within 14 days of receipt by you.
The returned item must have all of its original tags attached, in the original packaging and unworn in new condition.
All faulty products will either be refunded or replaced, subject to stock availability.
If you have purchased the wrong size (refer to size chart), you are liable for the full cost of the return postage.
If you have simply changed your mind, any items must conform to the above details and there will be a restocking fee of $5. You will pay the return postage to HRD Engineering Pty Ltd (

HRD Engineering Pty Ltd ( cannot be held liable for the cost of postage for returns, nor any lost during post. To ensure your returns arrive, please use express post or registered post. If HRD Engineering Pty Ltd ( has sent the wrong or faulty product, we will cover the cost of returning the correct wearable product to you.
For exchanges please supply a prepaid satchel for us to send out your exchange product.


Customers purchasing from HRD Engineering Pty Ltd (, outside of Australia will be entitled to the same refund/exchange policies. Before returning please send us an email with description and photo of the garment, as no returns will be accepted without company approval.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less the restocking fee if it is a change of mind refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please double check your bank account before contacting us.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, but if you wish to return an unwanted item please read the refunds terms and conditions above.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Policy

HRD Engineering Pty Ltd (, accepts and ships orders Australia wide using Australia Post or nominated carriers. If ordering within Australia you would usually receive your product within 3 business days subject to zone area.

Depending where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to arrive, will vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
